The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bathroom with bath and WC Basement: - A large 35 m² garage For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 46 m², with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
