A lovely ski to door apartment on 5th floor of Le Britania in the centre of La Tania in the 3 Valleys. Large balcony with great views of the mountain and valley, overlooking the beginners ski area in winter and the pool in summer. Very close to the shops, bars and restaurants, 50m to the piste and free drag lift and 200m to nearest bus stop. Great for families, couples & groups. Our management in resort can help with discounts and information & will visit after arrival to check all is ok. Bedroom: 2 singles (can be pushed together) Lounge: 2 large sofas, 1 sleeps 1 person and the other converts to a double ( 2 single mattresses). Kitchen area: Hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven & grill, toaster, kettle. Dining area seats 5. Bathroom: Bath /shower. WC separate. Underground parking space Private ski locker
I purchased this property in 2007 as part of a French Leaseback scheme and have coming back here at least twice a year ever since. I love the resort which is fabulous for families and friends, my children learnt to ski here and the village atmosphere is wonderful in both winter and summer. In 2017 I took the opportunity to opt out the lease so I am renting it out using management agents in resort.
