It features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with a brand-new 160 × 200 cm bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, fan, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. The highlight is the outdoor space: enjoy a peaceful 700 m² garden, open terrace, bioclimatic pergola, barbecue, electric plancha, and outdoor cooktops. Up to three cars can be parked on-site. Cats and birds are welcome. The property is step-free and easily accessible. No parties allowed. Waste sorting is required; more information will be provided on site.
