The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), opening onto the terrace - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), chest of drawers and TV - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer. Outside: - A private 30 m² terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A shared, unfenced garden of around 3,000 m². Other information : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
