Close to the bike path leading to the beach, this modern and bright studio has a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room as well as an 80 m² garden with a terrace with garden furniture to enjoy a relaxing moment in the sun!

The accommodation is ideally located on the banks of the Hérault river, a few minutes walk from the beach, the historic centre and the cycle path. You will also find all the necessary amenities: bakery, supermarket, market garden, wine shop, restaurants, bars, etc... Other remarks : - You will be welcomed by the owners of the studio. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness: clean the household appliances after use, empty the refrigerator and the garbage cans and put away the dishes. Thank you for your understanding. - Saturdays and Sundays: possibility of arriving from 3pm (to be confirmed with the person who will welcome you). - Bed linen, towels and beach towels on request, in supplement.
