The apartment comprises - 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board. Exterior: - A 15 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to make the most of fine weather. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
