Il est situé dans le quartier historique de Saint-Remi, à côté de la Basilique, à 10 mn à pieds de la cathédrale, à mi-chemin entre les maisons de champagne et l'hyper centre-ville. Son emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pieds. Un logement parfait pour passer un moment de de loisir à Reims, ou pour un séjour professionnel.
