Come and discover the Vendée and its beautiful beaches. You will stay in a comfortable 40 m2 mobil-home with a large covered terrace of 18 m2 located on a private plot of 250 m2 where you can relax on a deckchair and park your car on the lot. For your comfort: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, etc.). 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, 1 sofa bed, bathroom and a separate WC. _ Air conditioning _ Heating _ Garden furniture _ Washing machine _ Barbecue. For your entertainment : Badminton rackets, ping pong rackets, pétanque balls and bikes are available. Ideally located 10 minutes walk from the ocean (very pretty cove) to admire the sunset, 3 km from the Bourgenay marina, (boat rental or sea fishing trips) 6 minutes drive from the large Veillon beach (Surf / Paddle / Kitesurf / Canoe) and 8 minutes drive from the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne. Aquarium, pony ride 10 minutes walk. Many restaurants and cocktail bars along the coast. You will find on site, in the leisure park, a heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to the end of October). Tennis court, ping-pong table, bowling alleys, children's play park and sports fields for older children open all year round. Nearby: 2 casinos in Les Sables d’Olonne and 2 golf courses (Bourgenay 3 minutes away and Les Sables 15 minutes away). More than 200 km of cycle and pedestrian paths run along the ocean, allowing you to go to markets, beaches, taste oysters or simply breathe the fresh ocean air. Without forgetting the surrounding leisure, aquatic and karting parks et the famous PUY DU FOU You will be calm in your cottage but with the hectic life nearby on the embankment and the port of Les Sables d'Olonne.
