The house includes a bright living area, an open kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included — all that’s missing is you! The accommodation is arranged as follows: Ground floor: • A living area with sofa, armchairs, and TV, dining room with extending table that can seat 7 people. • An open and fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, etc. • Separate toilet First floor: • Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with shower and washbasin Second floor: • Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) on a mezzanine • Bedroom 3: three single beds (including one on a mezzanine) • Bathroom with bathtub and towel dryer Outside: • A private terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs for 7 guests) and an electric barbecue • A laundry room with washing machine and dryer • Private and secure parking space A high chair and a travel cot are also available (upon request at the time of booking, we can set up the baby cot for you. Location: The house is ideally located in Saint-Servan, close to all amenities. Two small grocery stores open 7 days a week are less than 1 km away (in Bas Sablons and near Saint-Croix Church), and there is a Carrefour Market just 200 meters away on Rue Ville Pépin. Activities: You can enjoy the Saint-Servan market, just 200 meters away, every Tuesday and Friday, with indoor halls offering fresh fish. An oyster vendor also sets up every Sunday on Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre). Saint-Servan is known for its lively shopping street, Tour Solidor, and the Cité d’Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo. Sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunshine, the beaches and small coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. At Bas-Sablons Beach, just below Place du Théâtre, you can have lunch or a drink at Bac’O Sablons while your children play on the sand. The best crêpes can be enjoyed at Crêperie Solidor, and for a drink with one of Saint-Malo’s most beautiful sunsets, head to Le Cancalais and its sunniest terrace! There are plenty of other great local spots to discover — don’t hesitate to ask us for recommendations. Just a short walk from the house, we also recommend a stroll along the Aleth coastal path, with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral. Transport: • If you’re coming by car, you’ll have access to a secure private parking space located 100 meters from the house. • Free street parking is also available nearby. • You can reach Intra-Muros (the historic walled city) in about 15 minutes on foot. • Saint-Servan is served by bus lines 6 and 8.
