In the heart of Bordeaux's Chartrons district, the Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful 75 m² duplex town house for rent. Le Faubourg offers all the comfort and contemporary charm you need for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux. Completely renovated, Le Faubourg has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate four travellers. Sheets, towels and tea towels of 4* quality and a few coffee capsules are provided, and your bed is made on arrival. Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free of charge! You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - You can visit the Chartrons district, on the banks of the Garonne. This district is ideally situated between the prestigious Esplanade des Quinconces and the Jardin Public. Marked by its wine trade and then enriched by its maritime exchanges, its streets combine the sumptuous residences of former merchants with wine warehouses. - We also invite you to visit rue Notre Dame, which stretches for 700 metres and has around forty of them. An emblematic street in the district, it has seen art galleries and interior design shops flourish over the years. Its history is not contradicted by the small shops that mark it out as a BOBO district. Getting around: If you are coming by car, you can park in the pay car park in the Cité Mondiale, 50 metres from the accommodation. Public transport: 50 metres away, tram line B (CAPC stop) 200 metres away, tram line C (Paul Doumerc stop) Train: Bordeaux station is 15 minutes away on tram line C.
