The bedroom is accessible by a separate entrance and is on the 1st floor. An entrance leads to a bathroom with wc and the 16 m² through bedroom. It can accommodate 2 people and has a large dressing room.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the borders of the Haute-Vienne, Corrèze, and Dordogne departments, the Guéraudier guesthouse consists of an early 20th-century house and a 1940s extension. Gilles and Marie José restored it about twenty years ago. Upon retirement, they converted the guest room into the extension. Thus, access to the room is completely independent. A pleasant garden is on site where breakfast is served in the summer. The Guéraudier guesthouse is located on the D18 road at the exit of Saint Yrieix-la-Perche, heading towards Pompadour. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, paddleboarding, baby skiing...
