The accommodation includes : - A 20 m² living room with two double sofa beds, a single bed (90×190) and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful enclosed, secure and private garden of 3,000 m², large wood of hackberry trees entirely shaded along the Massane. At your disposal: garden table, outdoor chairs and deckchairs, children's games box and playground equipment.
