Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace of approximately 13 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels in addition, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Krups coffee machine, etc. - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room with shower and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A shared swimming pool of approximately 80 m² (unheated) open from May to the end of September, enclosed with a security badge - A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
