Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Montrichard, this charming studio of a surface of 24 m ², in 800 meters of a beach arranged at the edge of Cher, and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and a balcony overlooking a wooded park. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The flat is ideally located in Montrichard, in a very pleasant environment, in a quiet residence in a wooded park of 9 hectares. You will be 800 metres from a beach on the banks of the Cher with a canoe, swing and children's games. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities - Sightseeing: Visit Beauval Zoo (meet its famous giant pandas, then travel from one continent to another in its incredible equatorial dome), the town of Blois and its royal castle, Montrésor (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Tours (former capital of the French kingdom)... - Sporting activities: hot air ballooning, walking or cycling along the Cher and the Loire... - Cultural visits : Visit the castles of Amboise, Chenonceau, Cheverny, le Clos Lucé... - Gastronomic heritage: Valençay, the green lentil of Berry, the sainte maure of Touraine, the vineyards... - Events : Loire castles animations, animations at Beauval zoo.
