The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 27 m² studio apartment with mountain view and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent in the Eaux-Bonnes commune of Gourette. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 13 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you! The apartment comprises - 13 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - An alcove with two bunk beds - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Exterior: - A 4 m² south-facing balcony with views of the mountains and cable cars. Other remarks : - Pets accepted, for a supplement of euros 15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - The residence has an elevator, but access to the first floor is via a concrete staircase. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider). - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
