We are a family with two children aged 10 and 20. We live in Bergerac, close to the flat, and we can be easily available to answer your questions and meet your expectations. We can offer you a range of 'à la carte' services to suit your needs during your stay: restaurant tips, baby-sitting with trustworthy young ladies, lending books and/or board games, ideas for outings with the family, lovers or friends.... We are always keen to hear any comments or suggestions you may have to help us improve your stay in our flat. We offer several flats for rent in the centre of Bergerac, and it is possible to plan stays with several couples or families: you can then organise group activities, while enjoying your privacy in the evening.

The flat is accessed via a secure pedestrian entrance with badge, or via the car park entrance (also with badge). The communal areas of the residence are very well maintained, and a cleaning team is on hand twice a week. The flat "Le Parc" offers a spacious living area of around 58 m², with a covered terrace with a plancha, an open terrace and a very pleasant private green space, out of sight and not overlooked. The flat comprises an entrance hall with coat rails and a space for putting on your shoes, as well as a large cupboard in the hallway. You will then discover a beautiful living room with a quality fitted kitchen, a large comfortable corner sofa and a convivial dining area, all with direct access to the terrace. The spacious bedroom with queen-size bed (160 x 200) also opens onto the terrace and small garden through a glass door. The bathroom has a very large walk-in shower, a generous vanity unit and a heated towel rail. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The WC is separate. Household linen (bed linen and/or towels) is provided at an additional cost (not compulsory - travellers can bring their own). The same applies to end-of-stay cleaning. Information on request.

The residence is located in the heart of Bergerac, all the old tourist town and the city centre shopping area are easily accessible on foot, in less than 5 minutes. The flat is however very quiet due to its position set back from the avenue.
