Holiday Home in Grésillon with Private Terrace and Garden Nestled in the heart of a village, Le Petit Chai, as its name suggests, has been thoughtfully renovated into a charming two-level home. Located on a private enclosed plot, it offers tranquility and intimacy, just a short distance from Château d'Oléron. The house features a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a well-equipped open kitchen, perfect for shared meals or relaxing after a day of exploring. Three cozy bedrooms provide ample space. The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed, while the second bedroom is slightly larger with a 140 cm bed and a walk-through closet, perfect for two younger guests with two 90 cm beds. The compact but functional bathroom includes a sink, an Italian-style shower, and separate toilets for added convenience. The private 40 m² courtyard is a true highlight, offering a peaceful outdoor space with garden furniture under a beautiful tree and a sunshade, perfect for dining, reading, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a TV with Wi-Fi, induction plates with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, cooking utensils, and small appliances. A washing machine is also available in the exterior utility room. The location is ideal for nature lovers and close to the sea. The village center, port, and shops are just a 5-minute drive away. For beach enthusiasts, the largest Grand Village beach is a 10-minute bike ride, while the smaller beach and tidal flat fishing spot are only 5 minutes away by bike. You also have access to a bike storage area. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee, payable directly on-site. The property must be returned in the same clean condition as upon arrival. As a reminder, cleaning is not included in the price and must be done by you. It is available as an optional service.
