Located on the second floor of a Majorelle-style townhouse, come and enjoy Nancy and its amenities in comfort and serenity. Rue Poincaré is a popular street for locals, with its beautiful apartments and close proximity to the train station and freeway. A total of three apartments are available for rent in the house, sleeping a maximum of 12 and bookable together directly on the Rock in Share website. This large apartment with bath and terrace is ideal for families and groups of friends. Laundry facilities and a basement gym will be available during your stay. Beds are made up on arrival. For your comfort, Rock in Share provides hotel-quality linen. The first physical entry to the premises is from 4pm and departure must be by 11am maximum on the day of your departure. Arrival is on your own. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive our house guide by e-mail, which will give you access (once you have pre-registered) to all the information you need to access the apartment very easily: how to get there, the key box code, etc. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our team.
