This cosy 400 m² house is tastefully decorated and very well equipped, ideal for 15 people in the heart of the Ardennes, close to the Belgian border. Our large holiday home offers you 7 beautiful bedrooms, a spacious dining room and a very large living room. You will enjoy a large outdoor terrace and a park of over 3,000 m². For your relaxation, a private wellness area is at your disposal: it includes a swim spa for up to 9 people, a jacuzzi for 6 people and a sauna for 4 people. A convivial bar awaits you, equipped with a pool table, table football and darts. This property is ideal for weddings, communions, baptisms or your family, friendly or professional gatherings. It is also possible to celebrate hen or stag parties, provided that you respect the premises. In summer, a tubular outdoor pool will be installed so that you can enjoy swimming during hot weather. Some services are available for an extra fee. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
