This pretty little apartment is made functional and practical by drawers under the beds, a double-sided tub, two dryer radiators, a clog tub, stackable stools. There are also games and books or comics. Lots of equipment, but no washing machine as a laundromat is only 200 meters away. Linen is provided. A certificate of vacation home or liability insurance will be requested. The apartment is comfortable for a family of 4, less for 6 people. It is not suitable for small children or the elderly as the staircase to the mezzanine bedroom is steep and narrow. The two large beds are in voice communication. The garage accommodates a medium-sized car (example: Renault Captur).
I live near Paris. You will be welcomed by Elisa Fick Dencer who lives in Chamonix. She takes care of the cleaning, disinfection, management of linen and will be of good advice ...
The village of Les Houches, 6 km from Chamonix, takes care of the reception of families with children. The apartment is in the center of the village, 400 m from the train station. The valley is well connected by free local buses or trains (except at night). There are many sports, cultural or leisure facilities in the valley and many activities to carry out in all seasons.
