The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 40 m² flat in Bénodet, with a sea view and less than a kilometer from the Coq beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two sleeping areas and a shower room. There's also a 200 m² garden ! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : - A 20 m² living room with a sofa, a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200), access to the terrace, TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A second sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer, cot, fan. Outside: - A 10 m² south-west-facing terrace with table and chairs - An enclosed, shared 200 m² garden with furniture for enjoying fine weather. Other remarks : - At your disposal in the property: a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, room to store windsurf boards or bicycles. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets accepted, for a supplement of 25e/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
