A quiet and very accessible studio. On the ground floor of a building with 4 floors. Code, intercom, private parking space. Comfortable, a bathroom with bath, a kitchenette with oven and microwave, a washing machine and what it takes to iron. Large closets, wifi access and a beautiful flat screen. A comfortable sofa bed and books, guides, for rainy moments. A real cozy stop to visit Paris. Household linen and towels are included. If you come by car, leave it during your stay in the outdoor parking space at the back of the building, secure access with beep. Paris can be visited so well on foot and by transport! From Orly, 15 minutes by metro line 14. From Roissy, RER B stop Cité Universitaire and Tram T3 stop Porte d'Italie. From the Parisian stations, metro line n°7 Porte d'Italie or White House line n°14, then 8 minutes on foot to reach our studio (plan available). The T3 tram to access all the gates of Paris (Pte de Versailles for the lounges). On the Avenue de Fontainebleau, all the buses to go back up to Paris (47, 185) or to reach the hospitals in southern Paris (Villejuif).
We are your closer neighbors, just the next door ! Available and attentive, for your comfort and our good deals in Paris and in the district. On your arrival, you will find all for your first breakfast:). We speak Spanish and English.
Just with the edge of Paris, the district is calm and flowered. Shops (pharmacy, bakery, fish shop, butchery, fruits & vegetables) and a shopping center “OKABE” 8min by foot (hypermarket, restaurants, all shops). The Sunday market close to the hospital. A residential district and family with its schools and its green park and some restaurants. The nights are calm.
