Pretty house in a village 10 minutes from Besancon. Large private terrace of 100m² partly sheltered. Wellness area with private SAUNA. Access private pool owners, covered and heated (non supervised swimming) + SPA: For hunting and fishing support.

small village very quiet 7 km from Besancon many traders, a local market on Sunday morning .Petite character house, old jalopy station steam trains still went there 70 years ago .A true little paradise
