GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Reservation Conditions:

50% of the reservation amount is charged as a deposit.

The tourist tax is not included in our rates: + €1.10 per person over 18 years old, per day.

We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible and no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Rooms must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Every reservation requires a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount, taxes included.

In case of cancellation (for any reason whatsoever), of all or part of the reservation, less than 60 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit will remain with Hôtel Les Grillons Talloires.

In case of cancellation of all or part of the reservation less than 20 days before the scheduled date of arrival, part of the invoice for the nights concerned will be due:

20 days before arrival: 40%

10 days before arrival: 50%

5 days before arrival: 90%

24 hours before arrival or during the stay: 100%

The client acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Hôtel Les Grillons in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
