On the ground floor of a house, adjoining apartment for 2 to 3 people, completely new. It has a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 single bed in the living room which also doubles as a sofa. Equipped kitchen without dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilets. The flowered terrace of 25m2 has a view of the swimming pool, there is a garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs. The apartment can be communicating with the neighboring apartment thanks to its double doors, the number can then go up to 10 beds. The swimming pool and the laundry are shared by the two apartments. Indoor parking for vehicles.
