The accommodation comprises - A large, bright 30 m² living room, with sofa, TV, armchair and dining area, all tastefully decorated. - An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and furnished: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) - A second bedroom with a sofa bed: 2 pull-out beds (70x70) convertible into a double bed - A beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower and double washbasins - 1 separate WC - A beautiful terrace and a small balcony For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 16 m² terrace overlooking the port of Vannes, with outdoor furniture. - A small balcony on the west side, accessible from the second bedroom with sofa bed.
