I am English, I have been living in Aix en Provence for 16 years. I love cooking and entertaining as I was in the hospitality business for many years. My hobbies include gardening, consequently I have a beautiful garden with many roses and an English lawn! I also teach English to French students.

Property information

The private house is surrounded by 3 hectares of partially forested land. Around the house there is a large landscaped garden and a salt swimming pool. Views from the house are of the flower garden, lawn, olive trees and forest. The house is recently renovated, it has a modern open plan interior with large open terraces around the house and pool area with teak sun loungers, tables and chairs. The bedroom is on the first floor of the house, it has its own ensuite bathroom and Italian shower . The toilets are on the first floor and ground floor.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in the highly sort after area of 'Les Pinchinats' 7 minutes from the centre of Aix. This neighbourhood is renowned for its easy access to the autoroutes and the centre of town but yet a completely calm area with old Châteaux, olive groves and natural forests. There are hiking, biking, walking or running routes on the door step.
