## The space This air-conditioned studio is located on the 3rd floor of the residence. The elevator will drop you off right in front of the apartment! Covered parking is available in the basement of the residence, as well as numerous outdoor parking spaces. The bedding is brand new! Because on vacation, it's important to get a good night's sleep! You can take advantage of the residence's facilities and the lively Saint Laurent du Var area. Just one road to cross and you're at the marina or the beach! You can stroll along the Promenade des Flots Bleus or stop for a drink or dinner in one of the many seaside restaurants. Close to all major roads and the airport, it's the ideal location for discovering the Côte d'Azur! The apartment is equipped with fiber optics, Bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that beach and pool towels are not provided. ## Guest access You'll have access to the entire studio as well as to all the residence's facilities and infrastructure. ## Guest interaction Our team will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. ## Other things to note Free parking is also available inside the residence.
