A beautiful villa next to the large sandy beach of Nartelle. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool. On the first floor is a large living room, a sofa, 60" plasma TV with TNT channels, a large open kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. There is also a covered terrace with 2 tables with access to the garden and pool. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a guest WC. On the ground floor there is a games room with table football, billiards and two flippers, four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a kitchen with fridge and washing machine. Around the pool are 11 deck chairs with cushions for guests to enjoy. Bed linen is included as well as 2 towels per person, towels for deckchairs and dishcloths for the kitchen. A cot and high chair are also made available. There is parking for up to four cars. Equipped with free WiFi, washing machine, very large TV, DVD player and 100 movies / cartoons, Wii with 4 controllers, table football, billiards, two pinballs, board games, books, underfloor heating in winter and floor refreshing for summer. Outside there is a barbecue, 12 deck chairs and large tables.
The villa is located in Sainte-Maxime, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Nearby you can find the La Nartelle beach, a very vast fine sandy beach. The villa is situated opposite the new Sainte-Maxime Golf. Sainte-Maxime offers a lot of nautical activities. It also has a casino.
