This remarkable top-floor apartment offers stunning, unobstructed sea views and has been recently remodeled with modern touches. Perfectly situated in the heart of Cap d’Ail downtown, just 4 minutes from Monaco, 10-12 minute walk to Plage MALA, and only 10 minutes from the train station. Additionally, the main bus stop is right "IN FRONT" of the building and offers direct routes from Nice downtown and travels through all major French Riviera towns, from Nice to Monaco.
As a host, I have a genuine passion for creating a warm and inviting space that makes every guest feel at home the moment they walk through the door. What I love most about hosting is the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and share a bit of my world with them. I find it incredibly rewarding to help guests discover the local culture, hidden gems, and unique experiences that make this area special. It’s not just about providing a place to stay—it’s about creating a memorable experience that they’ll talk about long after they leave. In terms of my interests, I’m a bit of a local enthusiast—I love learning about the history, the food, and the unique stories of this region, and I enjoy passing that knowledge on to my guests.
