This magnificent T4 of 75m2 inside the ramparts will delight you with its large open living room on a fully equipped kitchen, its 3 beautiful bedrooms and its comfortable bathroom.
5 minutes from the car park in Les Halles and 8 minutes on foot from the car park in Gare.
There's a mobile air conditioner in the living room and one in the larger bedroom.
Up to 6 people (3 two-seater beds).
Pets welcome.

On the 3rd floor (4th floor US), no elevator.
