The tenant agrees to respect the maximum number of travelers allowed on the property during the entire stay. If the number of occupants exceeds the authorized number, the tenant's stay may be interrupted, the sums collected will be retained and the full amount of the security deposit may be deducted. All paid events and/or events where alcohol is served are FORBIDDEN. The owner (or the owner's representative) reserves the right to cancel the stay if he finds any illegal activity or breach of these terms and conditions. For each reservation, a civil liability insurance certificate less than 3 months old must be provided.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of € 1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
