Composed of two houses, located on the route of Loire by bike and close to Loire's CastleS such as Langeais 3km, Villandry 9km, Azay le Rideaux et Rigny Ussé 10km, Chinon 25 km. Main house: living room (55m2), Dining room, Kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Small house: living room, deux bedrooms and one bathrooms. Located close to Langeais which offers all services (Supermarket, restaurants). Oriented south. 2000 sqm garden.
