Single-storey house of 140 m² with 4 bedrooms: 3 have en-suite showers and toilets, while the 4th has a large shower room and separate toilet. A comfortable sofa bed on the spacious mezzanine office provides two extra beds. The house features a small gym, a beautiful terrace with a plancha, and a private heated pool available from May to October. The garden surrounds the house, offering a pleasant space to enjoy time with family or friends. There's also a pétanque court outside. You have high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. In the large living-dining room, you'll find a TV, a big table for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the garage for longer stays. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
