This rustic house is ideally located in the city center of the medieval village of Noyers - classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. It is suitable for family vacations, friends or couples getaway. Ground floor: You have an open plan fully equipped American kitchen with a professional cooker, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Living and dining area: Enjoy tasting the wines of the region around a dinner on an 8-seater dining table. The living room and the open fireplace await you for a moment of relaxation - around the fire, in music with sound system speakers or in front of a film with the home cinema. Upstairs: Large bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom designed in polished concrete. Guest room: With an independent entrance, a large master suite with a king size bed, rain shower and WC. Basement Washing machine, dryer and large fridge/freezer The house has underfloor heating.
Hi, I'm a french national that recently came back from London to Paris to live there permanently. On my travels Ive discovered the region of Burgundy (yes I love Wine! ) and more specifically the beautiful village of Noyers sur serein. I've iinstantly fell in love with the town. Its people are overwhelmingly welcoming. The city is ideally located in the heart of the region. the village is always and I mean always lively whether you visit in the midst of winter or in the middle of summer. That was prompted me to buy this beautiful renovated house ideally located in the city center. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do.
Noyers (full name Noyers-sur-Serein) is a village in the pretty setting of the Chablis countryside on the banks of the River Serein, south-east of Auxerre in the Yonne department of Burgundy. The village is officially listed as a 'most beautiful village of France'.
