The magnificent beaches of Cap de l'Homy and Contis, popular for their natural beauty and family atmosphere, are easily accessible by car, by bike thanks to the numerous cycle paths, or even via the summer shuttles provided by the municipality. The house is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends. It includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen (table-top refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a living room with a sofa bed, a television, and two 90cm single beds that can be used as additional beds. The master bedroom has two 90cm beds pushed together, forming a large, comfortable 180cm double bed. You'll also find a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, toilet, and washing machine. Outside, a garden awaits you to fully enjoy the beautiful weather, with garden furniture, a table, chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue for your meals or relaxing moments outdoors.
