Situé à seulement 5 min à pied de la gare d’Argenton‑sur‑Creuse et à 10 min à pied du centre‑ville, il constitue le point de départ idéal pour explorer les espaces verts au bord de la rivière, emprunter la voie verte ou profiter de la vie locale dynamique d’Argenton. Le logement Rez‑de‑chaussée : cuisine ouverte sur salon / salle à manger avec canapé convertible (linge de lit, couette, draps et serviettes fournis). Cuisine équipée d’une plaque de cuisson, micro‑ondes, cafetière à filtre, bouilloire et petit four (à noter : les boutons du four ne sont plus en place, une pince vous est fournie pour les manipuler). Étage : grande chambre avec salle d’eau et WC. Attention : l’escalier est assez raide et peut ne pas convenir aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
