Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to rent, on the commune of Mareuil-lès-Meaux, this charming semi-detached house of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 30 m². Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... On the 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - A desk. - A bathroom with shower and WC. On the 2nd floor : - Bedroom 2: 20 m² mezzanine with a double bed (140×190). Outside : - A common garden of about 30 m² to enjoy the nice days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. The house is ideally located in Mareuil-lès-Meaux, close to Disneyland Paris, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
