This house, which is my main residence, is located in a residential area of Monsempron-Libos.
When I'm away, I rent it out so that you can discover our beautiful south-western regions ( Lot et Garonne - Lot - Dordogne - Tarn et Garonne ).
The lower part of my home is occupied by a friend who owns a dog. He is discreet and very helpful.
Cleaning is not included in the price, the guest has to return the property cleaned or extra fee will apply
Here are a few rules to observe
You are asked to respect the hours during which any untimely noise could disturb the neighborhood, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The house is non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please go outside.
Please take care of my house and do not consume food or drink in the rooms or on the sofas.
For your information, the sofas are not removable and therefore not washable.
