Welcome to ‘La Glycine’, a 2-star self-catering holiday cottage nestling between Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue and Barfleur, two of France's most beautiful villages and a firm favourite with the French. Situated close to the sea, amenities and the main tourist sites, our charming stone cottage offers the ideal setting for your holiday. Our lodging has 2 cosy bedrooms: one with a double bed and dressing area, and the other with two single beds and storage space. There are also 2 bathrooms with washbasin and shower, with towels and showerheads provided. There are also 2 WCs, one of which is separate on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: electric oven, induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room includes a 3-seater sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a connected TV with access to DTT and high-speed Wi-Fi so you can relax. There is a large table for 6 people, with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Finally, the private garden includes a barbecue, wooden garden table, parasol and stand, so you can make the most of the fine weather. Free parking on the private estate in front of the house or in the street. Sheets, duvets, undersheets, pillows and plaids are provided, and beds are made on arrival. A secure key box allows you to arrive independently. Just 10 kilometres away, explore Barfleur and its picturesque fishing port, voted France's favourite village in 2014. The Gatteville lighthouse, 11 kilometres away, is the second tallest lighthouse in France at 75 metres, offering breathtaking views.
