Located just a few minutes' walk from the shops and the charming village of Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, in a quiet residential area, this house is ideal for families seeking rest and serenity, or for a vacation combining sport and culture, thanks to the region's many must-see sites. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with superb high ceilings, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, and a TV lounge. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of four large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room, all separate. The garden, the shaded terrace, and the 10.5 x 4 m swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter, are perfect for enjoying the Provençal sun and warmth. A concierge service is available during your stay. Cleaning and linens included. A lump sum may be retained from the security deposit if the trash is not taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable condition compared to the inventory at check-in, and if linen is missing.
