contemporary studio of 19 Sqr.M located in the heart of the station 1650. This apparemment is located in one of the most famous buildings (RÉSIDENCE LE BELVÉDÈRE).
The ski station is accessible via the sky bridge (footbridge) between the building and the station center as in the photos. the building offers as well a common space at the very last floor including working areas, terraces with outstanding views , fireplace and many other things. A ski locker will also be provided
the apartment is well equipped and the layout is divided into 3 main spaces:
1- Entrance with an open kitchen , offering in addition to the main equipment a coffee machine and washer dryer ( washing machine with dryer), you will need to bring with you laundry capsules
2- spacious bathroom as in the photos
3- living room / bed room,
the bed is a convertible bed sofa, for 2 people , Moreover
the apartment includes as well a folding bed for one additional person,
the table as well as the chairs are foldable as in the photo offering a wider space whenever needed
