Independent and with private access, it offers comfort and tranquillity for a stay with family or friends, while remaining close to all amenities. Living area : - Spacious, bright living room with sitting area, dining area and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils and crockery). Sleeping area - Bedroom n°1 "Le Lac": 2 single beds (80x190) that can be converted into a double bed, en-suite shower room, storage cupboard - Bedroom 2 "L'Olivier": 1 single bed (90x200), access to terrace and garden, storage cupboard, changing table - Bedroom n°3 "La Fauvette": 1 bunk bed (90x200), desk and storage cupboard - Separate bathroom with bath and laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer) Outside area : - Courtyard with secure parking - Private garden (right-hand side only) - Terrace with charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining area and sun loungers Additional facilities : Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, television. Cot and high chair available on request. Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. On arrival, you will be given a personalised welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.

Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop located 12 minutes' walk away, make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 20 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
