☆Welcome to our “Normandy cozy” gîte☆ located in a village in Bessin It is located between Caen (15 mins) and Bayeux (10 mins) and 15 mins from the landing beaches (Arromanches) in a quiet village The cozy and bright 36 m2 apartment with independent entrance is located on the ground floor of our large house, it has: - a spacious bedroom (140 bed) with large closet, bed and baby equipment on request only - a living room with new fitted and equipped kitchen (senséo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, combi oven, etc.), dining area (bar chairs) and lounge area with TV and sofa bed (2 additional beds possible - linen bed provided) - bathroom equipped with a large shower and sink (storage) - separate WC Direct access through a bay window to your private terrace with garden furniture for your outdoor meals with a view of our large landscaped garden with trees (2200m2) and flowers, not overlooked and enclosed. Deck chairs available for a little moment of relaxation. You will have a private garden. Raclette and pierrade machine available on request Possibility of accommodating two additional people on a sofa bed (bed linen provided) Secure parking inside the property (automatic gate) and large, completely enclosed plot. Our plus points: beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Games. End of stay cleaning included. Baby bed and equipment on request. Games for everyone. For your comfort: coffee, tea and herbal teas, cleaning products, shower gel and shampoo. Wifi available In order to offer you a peaceful arrival, we provide you with a welcome kit with toilet paper, dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid and trash bag.
