A few minutes from the center of Villard-de-Lans, you benefit from easy access to the ski slopes in winter and to the hiking and mountain biking trails in summer. You can enjoy the surrounding nature while being close to the liveliness of the village. The terrace or balcony, depending on the layout, offers a superb panorama of the Vercors mountains, to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.
