Palais des Festivals- 5 minutes Croisette – 5 minutes Famous Forville market – 5 minutes SNCF train station and bus stops including Nice AirPort Express – 7 minutes Astoux and Brun - Legendary restaurant where you can eat best oysters and raw sea food of the Côté d’azur – 3 minutes Plage du midi beach – 20 minutes. For lovers of nature and pure relaxation Sainte Marguerite island is not to be missed - 20 minutes till ferry and in few minutes you will discover an exceptional island !
