First floor: - Living room with sofa, TV and a dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A laundry room - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed - Shower room - Separate WC 1st floor: - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (80×200) that can be brought together to form a double bed - Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds (80×200) that can be brought together to form a double bed - Bedroom 4 : with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) - A shower room with WC - A large living room with piano, table soccer, lounge (with fireplace and TV) 2nd floor: - Bedroom 5 : with a double bed and 2 single beds Exterior: - A 25 m², south-facing, unfenced terrace with direct access from the furnished kitchen. - A 20 m² north-facing terrace on the 1st floor, with furniture - A lovely 1,000 m² garden (not fenced) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other comments: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). If you do not take this option, we invite you to bring your own sheets. - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
