Located on the western limits of Rouen in a quiet and secure residence, this apartment will bring you the tranquility and relaxation you need. You will tirelessly enjoy a small, unobstructed balcony which offers a lovely panorama of green nature. Breathe!! Located less than 2 km from the city center and 5 minutes from the expressway, you can explore the surrounding area using public transport or by bike. Massage machines will be at your disposal: relax

Located 15 minutes walk from the apartment, come and enjoy the Saint-Romain fair until November 19!! In addition, if you want to visit the city, public transport is 250 m (line F4) and 800 m (line T3). Two bicycles are also available on request to offer you maximum autonomy.
