An ideal location for your holiday, with numerous local shops, the beach and the Halles district less than 10 minutes away on foot. The accommodation is composed as follows: The entrance to the duplex villa is on the lower level. - Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) and en-suite shower rooms (walk-in shower) - A separate toilet in one of the two bedrooms, a toilet in the bathroom of the second bedroom. - A large garage/laundry room is available for vehicle parking. The solid wood staircase (without guardrail) leads to the second floor, where you'll find a loft-style living room with skylights and a full-height glass facade. - A cosy living room opening onto a 13 m² terrace with south-facing eaves. - An office area with computer facilities - A dining area with open, fully-equipped kitchen, designer table and chairs. - A luminous master suite completes this floor with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its private shower room and WC Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - This rental is not suitable for young children. - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
