Welcome to a peaceful and cozy building with 6 apartments, ideally located just steps away from the historic center of Troyes. 🛏️ The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 guests, with WIFI, Queen Size beds (160cm) and, in some, sofa beds. 🍽️ Kitchens are fully equipped: stove, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and washing machine. 🧺 Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. 🔑 Self check-in with a secure key box allows you to arrive at your convenience, from 4pm onwards. 🚗 Parking is available in the courtyard (for 4-5 cars, driveway width 2.20m) or for free in the nearby streets. 🚶‍♂️ Everything can be done on foot from your accommodation! ⚠️ Please note: "1-bedroom apartments" are located on the 2nd floor, with a narrow staircase that may be difficult for large luggage or guests with reduced mobility. Please keep this in mind for your comfort 😊
